I believe more in knowledge of content and familiarity with questions and how they are approached, so after every thing I teach I take questions based on that concept then go through them with a student followed by individual work so that I can through the concepts again if the student is lacking somewhere
I have a belief that almost every subject relates to our day to day lives and therefore I use what we live around to disseminate information with the experience that it’s easy to remember most stuff if they are related to what you know and live around everyday .
I very much understand that students are different and therefore their needs are different hence I have a variety of teaching styles for students to try to make their learning as enjoyable as possible.
I’m guided by the saying "it’s not over until you leave the exam room" which my students should adapt. I believe that you should get into the exam room being ready to avoid any panicky when you see questions you don’t know, this is why I encourage my students to never feel like it’s too late. A concept you do and understand a night prior to the final exam might be the one that can move you a grade higher when you sit for your exam so they shouldn’t shake and feel like it’s too late. I promise to stand with them until the very end
