I have extensive teaching and industry experience in Health and Social Care at Levels 2 and 3, Health and Social Care Management at Level 5, and Early Years at Degree level. Alongside my teaching background, I also have practical managing experience within a care agency, giving me strong insight into real-world practice, leadership, compliance, and quality care standards. This allows me to link theory directly to practice, helping students gain a deeper and more meaningful understanding of their studies.

All sessions are delivered online and are structured, interactive, and tailored to individual learning needs. Lessons include engaging PowerPoint presentations, clear explanations of key concepts, and step-by-step guidance to support understanding and assignment success. I provide focused support with draft plans and written work using Microsoft Word, ensuring students feel confident in meeting assessment criteria.

Students will receive comprehensive session notes to support independent study, as well as constructive, personalised feedback to help them improve their academic writing, critical thinking, and overall performance. I place strong emphasis on building confidence, developing professional skills, and encouraging reflective practice.

My teaching approach is supportive, approachable, and student-centred, with a clear focus on helping learners achieve their qualifications and progress in their chosen careers within Health and Social Care or Early Years education.
