I flew for 12 years as British Airways cabin crew. I have travelled to 85 countries so far across the world. I was a manager for the last 2 years of British Airways.

I then went to work two years as the Quality coordinator at college for a big cruise company and dealt with the stakeholder engagement.

I have spent 6 years within education mainly training leadership and management as well as customer service training within many companies to high standards.

I am now a Travel and Tourism lecturer ensuring I deliver from Level 1 to Level 3 with high standards.

I am a professional, friendly and bubbly person who is passionate about getting the best out of learners.

I always strive to get students their well deserved qualification and I like to think learners always leave a lesson with me learning something new.
