Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a working Primary School Teacher currently based in South London.

I completely understand how hard it can be to find the right tutor, so my number one priority is ensuring students feel comfortable and relaxed in my presence. I also understand tutoring sessions will take place after school, therefore I try to make my sessions fun and engaging. I recognise that every person learns differently and, as a result, my teaching approach is tailored specifically to each student.

I tailor my sessions depending on each student’s needs, and sessions will be planned based off the outcomes of previous sessions. I am flexible in my approach and my confident subject knowledge means I can easily adapt a session as we go along, if I find we need to. I have a deep knowledge of the primary curriculum, meaning I understand what an individual needs to know according to their age.

In a typical session, I will use a variety of recourses. This could include: worksheets, games, websites, etc. I am always researching and reflecting on what works best!

I studied at Leeds Beckett University, where I received a 2:1 in Primary Education. I have been teaching for the past 5 years, in a range of settings. Alongside this, I have privately tutored in the past. My experience in teaching and tutoring means I am able to offer a tutoring service that supports learning in the classroom.

As a reflection of the experience I have, my current rate is £50 per hour. Discounts for siblings / multiple sessions per week are offered.
