Katie Casey

I’ve worked inside businesses for over 20 years doing a mixture of training and development and 121 coaching work. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and I am an accredited coach and member with the Eurozone Mentoring and Coaching Council ( EMCC Senior Coach Status). I have experience both in counselling ( Level 4 diploma) and trauma in formed Yoga.

My work with diverse and dynamic populations has taught me that the most important component in any successful relationship is the trust you build together. Therefore, I hope to be a trusted partner and support you along your journey.

I use a combination of coaching interventions to help you discover what you want to address. But I can also offer addition tools such as Emotional intelligence and workplace relationship tools ( EQI 2.0), practical structural support with communication and presentation skills, as well as support in building confidence, resileince and and identity development.

Sessions will be relaxed, fun (hopefully), and I’ll always remember that you are your best expert.
