Hi, I’m Katie, I am in my third year studying psychology at the University of Birmingham and loving it! I have recently completed my GCSEs and A Levels so I am familiar and confident with the content. I have also been tutoring GCSE and A Level students for over 12 months which has refreshed and improved my knowledge of the topics.

My teaching style consists of a mixture of content and application. This improves the student’s understanding of a topic, and I check this through the use of exam questions, in order to test their ability to apply their knowledge. I am happy to revisit and practice topics that students find more difficult, to ensure there are no gaps in their understanding.

I am an approachable person who will guide the student when they don’t understand a topic, helping to boost their confidence and achieve their academic goals.
