I am so passionate about languages and I really hope to share that with my students. However, I also recognise that languages can be really hard to learn, understand and remember, so I always break down my teaching into small sections and use fun activities and games to make sure my students are engaged as well as learning.

I have experience as a teaching in various settings including working as a teaching assistant with SEN students in a range of subjects to help them to progress, coaching rock climbing and being an au pair in Spain, during which time I helped the children with their homework and improved their spoken English skills.

I'm a very chatty person, so anyone that wants to practice their spoken French or Spanish are welcome to drop me a message, but I also love using other languages, and am happy to recommend TV series, films and books in the target language to help my students immerse themselves in Francophone or Hispanic cultures. I also find grammar interesting and after doing a degree in languages, I can teach the complexities and nuances of grammar of both French and Spanish.

Finally, having lived in Spain for a year, I am able to understand and teach conversational Spanish that you can use in Spain with natives and will help you to improve your fluency and sound more like a native - no one wants to sound like a textbook when chatting on holiday!
