I offer a diversity of lessons which are tailored to individual needs, for all ages and abilities. I will work with you through a bespoke programme to reach your target level within a realistic time frame.

Learning a language doesn't need to be stressful, and I welcome anyone who would just like a new hobby, and to learn English for fun. Maybe you don’t have a goal or target level, perhaps you have some English-speaking friends and you’d just like more conversation practice, or you’re going on holiday soon and want to make sure you can still order a coffee when you arrive.

If you are preparing for your IELTS examinations, I am a certified IELTS examination preparation teacher and will support you to achieving your best results so you can take the next step in your career.

I can also provide healthcare-specific language training where we will combine essential anatomy and physiology vocabulary, with scenario-based teaching to understand the structure and terminology used within English-speaking healthcare services, particularly the UK’s NHS. With the recent announcement of the NMC’s consultation into English language requirements for nurses and midwives, I will guarantee an up-to-date service by ensuring we work in-line with the guidelines set out by UK governing bodies.

All lessons are purely in English (I do not speak any other languages with my students) which means I am able to support anyone of any level or language, and a group of students from a range of nationalities is also possible.

Overall my lessons are student-led, we work together to identify and achieve your targets, and we will find a format and pace that suits your needs.
