I’m a Hatha Yoga teacher with additional qualifications and skills such as holistic massage therapy, vibrio acoustic massage & sound healing, aspects of astrology can be woven into the class plans if you’re interested.

For private groups and 1 to 1, I will work with you to build a structure and class plan to suit your requirements and meet your needs. We all come to the mat for different reasons so honouring yours is important in a private session.
