I am a Chemistry student at the University of Manchester with previous experience tutoring Chemistry and Maths - both can be taught at either GCSE or A level. Online lessons are offered with a tailored experience depending on the students learning style.

Sessions are an hour long. Going over theory alongside doing exam questions to consolidate the knowledge is a teaching method that I have found works for me but definitely isn't the only way I can teach. I have tutored several people in mostly Chemistry but also Maths at a GCSE level, however all the A level content is still fresh in my mind as I have just started my degree. Any feedback from students is great as I can change my style of teaching depending on what is best suited to them.

I have a great interest in teaching, especially Chemistry as I enjoy seeing the subject click for others - I am familiar with the feeling myself. Over the years I've learned simpler ways to view the subject or solve problems which made the content click, these are methods that my syllabus didn't teach me that I wish I knew earlier and which I believe everyone should know. Chemistry is a subject I particularly have a passion for as it's the building blocks of everything around us - learning about the framework of the universe brings me joy and teaching it even more so.
