Our lessons will be tailored specifically to your needs. We will work together to figure out which topics you find most challenging, and which teaching and learning styles you find most effective and then we go from there.

Typically my lessons involve one-to-one discussions, power point presentations and video clips, and Q and A sessions. I'll also set you challenges and tasks to help you really get to grips with the material, and I'm well known for providing extra anecdotes and amusing stories or video clips to show you just how fun and exciting biology and Photography can be.

The natural world, and how it works is a passion that I have had for my entire life. There is something truly miraculous and beautiful about the existence of life on Earth, and how it functions and changes, and fights to survive, at all levels. Understanding it through the biological sciences, and capturing its wonder, through the medium of photography are two of the most exciting, fascinating ways to spend time. It is my greatest hope that I can help you to feel just as enthused, inspired, and fascinated with it as I am.
