My approach to education is what is known as an immersive, authentic, and socio-cognitive constructivist approach.
? I use student-centred and student-led outcomes-based and constructivist pedagogies in my TEF-able teaching, learning, and assessment. I do this by utilizing case methods; role plays, question-led discussions, presentations, synchronous instructional technologies, and external speakers when appropriate.
? I use a variety of individual and group projects-based assignments, the development of case studies, presentations, and class and Moodle engagements, as well as other assessment criteria, to conduct formative evaluations that are also inclusive and equitable. These evaluations are based on the real-world application of the concepts and practices.
? I can teach courses/modules at multiple levels related to and including but not limited to International Business, Global Business Management, Introduction to Business, Introduction to Management, Business Finance, and HRM across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
? I am a firm believer in and practitioner of equity, diversity, justice, and inclusion in all aspects of life, including work, personal, and public spheres, for all students, ideologies, ideas, colleagues, and subordinates, among other people. When dealing with individuals, I always consider their unique characteristics and the setting in which they are found.
