About My Lessons:

In my GCSE Maths and ICT lessons, I focus on building a strong foundation of core concepts and gradually increasing the difficulty to ensure students are well-prepared and confident. Lessons typically start with a brief review of previous material to reinforce understanding before diving into new topics. Each session is interactive, with a mix of explanations, example problems, and hands-on practice to keep students actively engaged.

Lesson Format:

- Customized Approach: I tailor each lesson to the student's pace and learning style, focusing on areas where they need the most support.

- Step-by-Step Explanations: I break down complex topics into manageable steps, helping students understand the “why” and “how” behind each concept.
- Practice and Application: We work on exam-style questions and real-world scenarios to build familiarity with what’s expected and boost problem-solving skills.
- Continuous Feedback: I provide constructive feedback and highlight progress, helping students build confidence with each session.

Delivery method:

- Lessons are delivered online via Microsoft Teams which contains a digital white board for better written explanations.

- The students will have a similar experience as learning in a classroom.


Experience:

As a Computer Science undergraduate with A grades in both GCSE and A-Level Maths, I have the academic foundation and experience to help students achieve high results. My approach combines academic rigor with a friendly and supportive environment, encouraging students to ask questions and challenge themselves. My goal is to not only prepare students for exams but also to foster a genuine understanding and appreciation of the subject.
