I will make goal-oriented learning for all of my students; at the beginning of the tutoring session, I will assist them in determining their plans (what they intend to do, which university they intend to attend, and which course they will choose) and assist them in achieving them. By providing them with real-world examples, I will assist them in learning everything in a simple manner.
In my teaching styles I would develop an environment of happy learning for the pupils, rather than they are feeling studies as burden. I would conduct motivation sessions and bring in some gamification style of teaching like conducting small quizzes and puzzles and present rewards. Along with that I will design my course in such a manner that no single student feels deprived in the whole class by conducting some pre-requisite concept sessions for the weaker students.
