I will first give an assessment to my students to know their level of the subject. Then, I will tailor materials according to the need of each individual. I will explain each topic and assign exercise at different difficulties to make sure my students understand the topic and can demonstrate a good understanding of it. A record of progress will be kept for both my students and their parents.
