As my classes will not be based on writing alone but also developing a solid background in spoken French. To teach, I start with an introduction and have a little conversation in French to figure out the competency of my student, and then work from there. If my student is learning French for the first time, then we just start from the beginning. I engage my students by doing some writing and then speaking; we'll try out pronunciations and how to form basic sentences. I often call outside classes to have a brief French conversation with my students too because day-to-day conversation in a certain language helps to build a person in that language. I try to be free with my students, we could have a formal relationship but there should also be no tension while learning. I try as much as possible to have a friendly bond with my students so there is easy communication about what they don't understand and need clarification on. I also take it a step at a time with my students, I work according to his/her pace and don't compare students as everybody is different in assimilation. In conclusion, I guarantee a great learning experience in your pursuit of learning the French language.
