Maths is a series of puzzles so I aim to explain them piece by piece. There are some formulae that you must learn and know when and where to use them.

The idea is to get the basics in place and then use them to approach more multi step problems. The areas of the course are explained and shown visually on the laptop whiteboard of which you can have copies, you will be talked through each stage and then work through examples yourselves.

You will be asked to submit practice work that will be marked and returned with feedback. Areas can be revisited as often as you require until we are both satisfied that you are confident and proficient. There is NO foolish question, you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you can, when you make mistakes you learn, so you can make mistakes as well!

You will be given notes plus some back up videos that you can refer to. The aim is that you PASS with style. Some people find Maths stressful, that's fine. I intend to make you familiar with the types of questions, make sure you can break the questions down and then ensure that you can solve the sections and come to a rational and correct answer.
