I've tutored for over a year now. I have tutored primary school children to college students. Tutoring is a great passion of mine and I thoroughly enjoy teaching because I am able to see my students develop their skills and acquire new knowledge.

My forte is English Literature which has been both a hobby and focus of my study for the last several years of my education although I am proficient in Chemistry and Biology to an A Level standard. I am going on to study Literature at, Russel Group, Bristol University although I had secured an offer to study Medicine at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, also Russel Group, a top 10 medical school in the country, which required rigorous study for extracurricular exams.

Teaching is done in blocks on specific topics to ensure thorough understanding and confidence before moving onto closely linked topics or those which naturally follow on. I like to combine teaching ahead of school schedule to prepare students for difficult topics and focussing on weak points in students educations such as topics which are weaker or require more time to master; to this end I like to work with schools exams and homework to gauge the skill and confidence in each area. To ensure best grades are achieved I like to plan long term teaching plans.

I am available to work around Bath and Bristol or online throughout the week; I am available to do multiple hours a week and larger blocks of teaching are preferable to me so I can offer discounted rates for this as it allows me to focus teaching on individuals.
