I am a fully qualified nutri-geneticist (genetics with a speciality in nutrition interaction) which I completed as an MSc in 2018. During my BSc and MSc I achieved awards for academic achievement, research studies, and published scientific studies. I have presented at conferences, and written critical reviews and papers on multiple aspects of genetics.

My passion in life is translating complex topics into bite sized content, through a variety of approaches. I love creating visually appealing presentations to cover topics, but will tailor my approach for your specific learning style.

Whether you are just learning nutrition or genetics for the first time at school and can't get your head around it, or studying for your masters and just need that extra support, I can help you!

Nutrition and Genetics are complex topics that are constantly changing and developing, and so I acknowledge that I am not an 'expert' on all aspects of both topics. However, what I can teach you is not only the topic, but also how to find accurate and useful information on other aspects of nutrition or genetics. I can help you learn to interpret scientific studies, complex statistics, and highlight the vital areas to focus on for you.

I prefer working with you over video, as it helps to see your response to the session so I can develop my teaching to your liking. Before starting we can discuss your favourite ways to learn, and I will do my best to teach you in a style you find the most engaging and efficient for your learning.
