In an online setting, I use powerpoint slides for my lessons and I like to based them on the needs of my students. Lessons cover all four skills - reading, listening, writing and speaking, as well as focusing on grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. Everyday English is incorporated in each lesson to as to make them as useful as possible to students for their daily life in an English context.

I am always conscious of the need to adapt lessons as the needs of students become apparent so that I am enabling them to communicate more effectively and learn what is relevant to them at their particular level.

I like to work together with students in order to deliver what they feel they need. It's a two way process, with both parties putting in maximum effort and energy to ensure success.
