I am always conscious of the need to adapt lessons as the needs of students become apparent so that I am enabling them to communicate more effectively and learn what is relevant to them at their particular level.
I like to work together with students in order to deliver what they feel they need. It's a two way process, with both parties putting in maximum effort and energy to ensure success.
