I am a communications expert and for the past 6 years have been qualified in life and wellness coaching specifically in self expression, empowerment with the motivation to also improve lifestyle, self awareness and stress management. I have specialised in health and nutrition, am currently learning to coach with neurodiversity clients but generally with the overall specific aim of supporting the individual to feel more empowered and centred.

I use tools with visualisation, breathwork, body work (online instruction) and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) which all support the quick adaption for performance and potential. I like to work creatively and intuitively with the individual to access their needs and help them directly or in group dynamics, work within the specific instruction of what is required for the group in learning and execution with regard to communication, confidence and performance hacks.

I strongly believe each individual has unique and dynamic abilities which present themselves in different ways and that once there is a person behind to support them and believe in them, their innate ability and life interactions can blossom and grow in effective communication with strong delivery. Practice does make perfect, in the perfect way for that individual and once the stepping stones are build, they become tools to lead in becoming stronger in the personal and professional fields of effective communication and in trusting themselves in all forms of dialogue and delivery.
