My aim is to help you to expand practical, problem solving and enquiry skills enabling you to develop a critical approach to scientific evidence and methods in line with programme of study for the national curriculum. I will also help you to gain the knowledge and understanding of how chemistry and biology are important within the field of science and its role in society.
LESSONS will consist of lots of exam practice which is essential to overcoming any gaps in your knowledge. You will be given full feedback about exam approach and how to improve it. Students who tackle lots of exam papers perform better in the actual exams than students who don't.
Over the course of my tutoring, students have found that when they get to practice exam papers in real exam conditions they feel a lot calmer going into their exams. They also know which topic areas to focus on and revise.
