> any aids, adjustments, adaptation you require - including if you have any visual impairment, disability, condition
> barriers - factors which could impact on your progress (including but not limited to childcare, appointments, physical health, mental health) in order that we factor appropriate considerations into the plan.
This is evolving and will be honed as our sessions progress.
Students will be actively involved in the process, not simply receiving information, direction and guidance. Student input is key to achieving goals. We will use real life examples to progress. You won't be paying me to simply provide or translate information, I'll support you to improve your skills, whilst encouraging you to research, challenge and question without fear. You will be supported in a way which builds confidence, empowers and enables you to achieve your current goals, as well as providing a platform for you to identify future goals.
Your feedback is an important part of the sessions and enables me to tailor and, develop sessions to suit you, the student. It also supports me to review my practice and skills to better meet the requirements of students.
