I use a wide range of resources including PowerPoints, games, whiteboards etc. My lessons are interactive rather than lecture style with questions that test learning and understanding throughout the session. I assess the level of understanding initially and I am flexible enough to go back to the basics or advance the level of difficulty depending on where I assess that a student’s support is needed.

I can and do adapt my teaching style to fit the student and the grades that they are trying to achieve. I am encouraging and patient, I will ensure that students are far more confident with any topic that I teach than they were in the beforehand.
I am very open to questions they have and challenging them while knowing when to not push too far. I have experience tutoring students from very young ages to GCSE level so can also tailor my sessions according to age.
