About me
For in person classes, we start with a phone consultation about your experience level in cookery and what you'd love to learn.
We then work out a lesson plan which I send over for your approval before booking in our first lesson.
I send you a shopping and equipment list with everything you'll need for your upcoming lesson(s) on it a week in advance. You're always welcome to contact me with any...

I send you a shopping and equipment list with everything you'll need for your upcoming lesson(s) on it a week in advance. You're always welcome to contact me with any questions / recommendations when you're going about buying everything you need.
I'll also email you the recipes we'll be making a few days before the lesson so you can familiarise yourself with them beforehand.
Each lesson lasts between 1-3 hours depending on what we're cooking together, and we can even plan lesson times so that you can serve what you've made in your lesson for dinner!
Every lesson is wrapped up with a chat to go over what you've learned and what you can improve on going forward, and we'll try to book in the next lesson before we part ways so that we have a consistent lesson schedule in place.
I am happy to teach both private and group cooking lessons; so if you and some friends want to enjoy a cooking party altogether, I'd be thrilled to host it! This makes for a really fun and unique hen-do or birthday party activity.
I also enjoy teaching cookery lessons for children as fostering a love of food and cooking can never start too soon in a person's life!
