Before attending college, I worked as an English tutor after high school. As a real teacher, my responsibility is to help students to understand what they have learned and to supervise them. Some situations would be happened among students, like a distraction, depression, or laziness. To improve students' study efficiency, I used some solutions to help them overcome these problems, for example, I would talk to the students who are not confident to attend the exams and list the keywords for different subjects of the exams for them. Combining my own study experience and my understanding of other students, I found that, to enhance the study efficiency, before doing each task, emphasizing the purposes to oneself is most important.
