I am 18 years old but don’t let my age fool you. I have been practicing martial arts since i was around 7 years old and have taught in a relatable and competent manner for my respective martial arts clubs. I am relatable for younger students due to my age as well as older students due to my skill. Sessions will consist of warm ups and cooldowns, stretching, cardio, kicks, punches and combinations, as well as forms (commonly known as katas).
Sessions can also cater for individual needs (eg I can taper sessions more towards cardio, technique, conditioning etc as requested)
