My lessons engage, challenge, and delivers instruction to students, based on their unique needs and circumstances. I strive to motivate students to participate in their expectations for their classroom as it builds on teamwork and communication among peers. Without the cohesive collaboration among student, it will be difficult to fully teach. This is because each student doesn't just learn from the teacher or tutor in this case, but also from fellow classmates. If they can work with each other, they can learn much faster and build a competitive spirit that propels success.

My experiences have taught me to be responsible for helping students learn and understand new concepts and complete assignments. It is vital to pass on the knowledge we acquire for the betterment of society and certainty of a progressive future for our young children and those yet unborn. I prepare lessons by studying lesson plans, reviewing textbooks in detail to understand the topic I will be teaching and providing additional projects if needed during a session.

The format of my lessons is quite simple. We start off with reviewing what the student knows and basically build on that. We then formulate what the student does not know and aims to learn. That is the building block of the tutor sessions, work on what is missing and reinforce it with what has been learnt previously. These steps change dynamically depending on the abilities of that particular student. Teaching is group and individual-targeted so every child is catered for despite the focus on the class progression.
