I'm Juan, a sociologist who also has experience teaching Spanish from middle to high schools.

I'm passionate about lecturing and researching in topics like Literature, Sociology, Spanish and Economics.

I have five years of experience working with students as a tutor, as a teacher and also as a friend in both public and private schools.

My last work was as a manager of supervision for a national survey in Chile, so I can also speak from my experience with field work, acknowledging the importance of the time that people invest in their education during their free time.

Currently, I'm living in Edinburgh with my civil partner while looking for par time jobs as my goal is to find a suitable PhD in Sociology in order to achieve my dreams.

I like to plan things in order to organize my schedule and I respect other people's time.

My favorite books are: Rayuela from Julio Cortazar, Don Quijote by Cervantes Saavedra, The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck and Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury.
