?? What to Expect from a Session with Me
My sessions are practical, reflective, and tailored to where you are in your career—and where you want to go. Whether you’re just stepping into the performing arts world or navigating your next big move, I create a supportive and structured space for you to explore, refine, and grow.
Each session is grounded in industry insight, self-awareness, and strategy. I draw from almost 20 years of experience as both a working actor and a cooperative agent, and I bring a strong understanding of diversity, inclusion, and neurodivergence into all of my coaching.
? Session Format
Every session is shaped around your needs, but a typical session might include:
Warm-up and or check-in – to set intentions and understand your current goals
Core focus – this could be audition prep, application support, career mapping, or crafting professional communications
Guided reflection – using targeted questions to draw out your unique strengths and areas for growth
Practical next steps – including tips, templates, and tailored resources to keep your momentum going between sessions
?? Topics I Cover Include:
Audition preparation (stage, screen, and drama school)
Agent & casting director outreach
Building your CV, Spotlight profile, and personal brand
Making your own opportunities in the industry
Navigating career transitions
Working with confidence as a neurodivergent or marginalised artist
Reclaiming your creativity after burnout or rejection
My aim is to demystify the industry, celebrate your individuality, and equip you with the tools to build a career that feels aligned and sustainable—not just impressive on paper.
