My qualities are I'm enthusiastic and reliable in my work I am dedicated to my job and know I can make a difference, I'm a trust worthy and reliable person and I love to opening up the mind set of people and giving them the potential and opportunities to make something of themselves. My Experience of teaching is being a supervisor trading up the new employees who were coming to work for us, plus I would always at the end of the day manage the tills and check to see if all the money was there and what the difference was with it, I would be incharge of stock keeping and what was needed and what wasn't, when the shop shut I was not done with work I'd have to make sure everything was right, I would make the lessons fun by chucking in a couple of learning games and try new methods of learning, start basic and as the lessons start going on introducing harder lessons and harder materials within math or English I am a determined indervidual who is willing to got the extra mile and make everyone feel good about what they learned and make them achieve there full potential.
