1. Primary level; Upon successful completion of the primary level, students will be able to: - Communicate in simple English through the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The expectation is that listening and speaking will provide the dominant focus.
2. Secondary level; Upon successful completion of the lower secondary level,
students will be able to: - Use English as a communication tool through the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing to meet basic and direct communication needs in familiar and everyday settings.
Including: pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar; have general understanding of the landscape, people and culture of English-speaking countries and other countries in the world, and at the
same time have knowledge and pride in the values of their own culture.
