I have over two years of experience Maths tutoring, where I have managed to get students from set 3 all the way to set 1 when they were ready. I am a tutor who likes to teach things in several different ways so that my students can pick a preferred method to go forward with. I like to think of fun and enjoyable ways of remembering acronyms and methods to help people learn better. I would love to implement these skills into English lessons too which I find very enjoyable, providing my unique take on many novels, plays and poems. I often like to start a lesson by recapping the previous lesson to ensure that my teaching methods from the previous week worked and that information has been taken on- this is only a bit of fun at the start of the lesson though.
