Hi, my name is Joseph Buckmaster.

I am a professional opera singer, performing roles with some of the countries leading opera companies. I have been involved in music since I was 6! When I joined my homes local cathedral choir.

I completed my Masters studies at the Royal Academy of Music and have an undergraduate degree from the Royal Northern College of Music.

I can teach singing of all standards Beginner - Professional. I also teach music theory and can help with preparation for GCSE exams. I teach beginner piano as well.

I have experience teaching all ages. I focus on helping people access music in their own way. Using techniques that are healthy and efficient. I want to help people find their own voice and truly understand the music they are reading. I have extensive stage experience and really enjoy helping people with their performance technique.

I have experience preparing students for music exams with both Trinity and ABRSM.
