I have years experience teaching English as a foreign language to students from all over the world. I have a Bachelors degree and two Masters degrees, including a Professional Masters of Education, of which I earned a first class honours. My lessons are all about placing the student at the centre of the learning process, ensuring that lessons are run at their pace, where students are equally supported and challenged. I differentiate lessons to each student, where for example students may seek an engaging learning environment full of stimulating tasks and active learning pedagogies. Alternatively, I can create lessons which are more suited to independent learners who prefer a more lecture style approach. In a nutshell, through regular feedback, I try and understand each students specific needs, abilities, style, and goals, and make sure that the lessons progress in accordance with these values.
