Hi this is Jose Santos, but everyone call me Pepe.
My working experiences are related with teaching and exercise/sport coaching. I am a Sport Sciences and Physical Activity graduated, Level 6 Personal Trainer and MSc in Teaching.
I am currently working as a Physiotherapy Technician and my previous job was Sport Lecturer and Football coach. In addition, I am Personal Trainer having 1:1 clients and online.

The format I use to teach will depend on how you would like to learn, I am skilled using different dynamics during the lessons to keep you engaging and enjoying while learning. Each lesson will be structure based on your needs in terms of time, level, dynamics, etc.

For those looking for Spanish lesson, the content will be based and focused on your objectives. I am here to help you reaching your own goals, so we will use on each lesson the most suitable format to get them.
If you are looking to improve your knowledge in the fitness industry, from programming an individual plan to new training approaches in terms of strength, burning fat, exercise for health and well-being... These lesson will be up to date from the lastes studies and researches.

I am open to 1:1 lessons (Bristol) and online, available Monday 10am-7pm, Tuesday to Friday 5pm-9pm. Weekend availability on request.
