I listen to their needs and develop a strategy to achieve their goals in a realistic timeframe. I like to explore different methods at the beginning to come up with the most efficient plan but I am open to suggestions as well. My sessions can go from 1-2h.

In the past, I taught students of different levels, from high school students to adults wanting to become more confident. I also found that a more practical approach is extremely useful, e.g., commenting an interesting book in a conversational style.
