From my own academic experience with biology and the life sciences, I have been able to build a career as a research scientist, using many of the skills, practical techniques, and academia that I gained during my studies. I chose to pursue plant biology, and have been able to work alongside some of the best scientists in the world finding environmentally friendly plant protection products and practices for use in horticulture.
