Dr Jonathan Brettell

Whilst undertaking my PhD in human geography with Aberystwyth University I worked as an academic tutor. This involved setting and marking essays and providing thorough and valuable feedback which would enable my students to better plan and prepare work set on their degree programs. I also covered how to best go about research, forming and structuring arguments, and referencing.

My own personal work has always traversed physical and human geography, as well as aspects of ecology so I'm well versed in all aspects of the discipline. Initially we can discuss in what areas help is required,and will remain in close contact with parents where necessary to discuss and feedback progress.
