John Weir

I conduct my lessons in a friendly and informal manner. I will teach anyone who genuinely wishes to learn the English language. I am relatively new to teaching the English language however I have a long academic history. I began my studies in University as an adult learner and therefore can empathise with people who are new to studying. My own University studies began with the Open University where I achieved several Certificates of Higher Education. It was at the Open University where I studied English language at an undergraduate level. Additionally, I have studied at both Queens University Belfast and Ulster University at Jordanstown and more recently at the new Ulster University campus in Belfast. I look forward to meeting new students whom I warmly welcome to my lessons in the English language.
