I normally use Meet Now via Skype but I am perfectly happy to consider other formats. My classes are usually one-to-one, although when I am sure that students are evenly matched I will consider up to a maximum of three. I do not teach conversation. idle or otherwise, but the nuts and bolts of a language and although the classes are detailed and careful, they are informally run and often funny. Obviously, grammar is part and parcel of the courses (all written by me) but if, as sometimes happens, students have what we might call grammatical blindspots, the grammar they need to master their particular anguage choice comes with the territory.
Classes last from one hour to one and a half. Anything less than an hour may not get the ball rolling and anything more may puncture the ball. My classes are booked individually, with no need at all to stump up for an extended course*. Cancellations cost nothing if made within 48 hours of the class time, half-price for 24 hours and everything for anything less, Earthquakes, tidal waves and other domestic, national or international disasters are met with a sympathtic ear and may well result in a waived fee.
And that's about it.
*Extended courses can be customised for interested parties.
