No student can learn unless they want or willing to, my style of teaching is to first wet the appetite of the learners with my introduction, make them want answers,be on the same wavelength and shared respect. I also deploy other pedagogical methods like, lecture, activity, demonstration and discussion. When teaching in a class room setting, classroom safety and management is a priority. I also try to focus on the things my learners do right rather than the ones they do wrong by setting rules and appraisal. My teaching style tend to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical. Communication is an essential part of learning so I'm a good with speaking and a listener as well. In the places I've worked, I've been called "Mr Committed" because I am very passionate and committed to my profession by preparing very well for each class, committed to my learners, to the organisation, committed to parents and to society at large. From my experience at MADSCIENCE (A science club where you learn and study science while having fun), I've learnt to demystify science in such way that learner will want to be scientists. Remember, "it's science and not magic". There are experiments that give learners life time experience, like "Egg in a bottle", "Elephant toothpaste". It's funny right? Trust me it's just science and not magic. In summary, I would say, if your purpose of being in my class or contacting me for a teaching job is to learn? Then look no further
