With MSC in Finance and two undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Bcom, I have the right experience teaching biology and chemistry to students. I have more than 5 years in lecturing students and will rely on instructional and question/answer approaches to improve the students' understanding. My lecturing experience equipped me with an advanced understanding of how to use modern technologies to improve the academic performance of students. Today, there are many online tools available to guide students academically. I will refer students to some of these tools as part of the process to improve their learning experience and performance. Early on, brief presentations, which are repeated over time are essential in improving the teaching process for young children. I will identify the needs of every child and work on customizing a teaching plan to strengthen their weak areas. Teaching is a noble profession and the ability to impact someone's life is important to me. I will work on understanding the aspirations of children and recommend the right learning path for them. Other students will come up with complex questions that they need to understand. I will be readily available to provide simplified methods and processes for the learners to address the complex questions. Further, I will try to supplement the lessons offered by their teachers at school to enhance understanding. Thus, I believe I am the right person to guide biology and chemistry learners on how to improve their understanding of concepts, equations, and key objectives in the learning process.
