I have taught in both the private and state sectors in Scotland and am currently teaching in Edinburgh. I hold a PGCE from the University of Exeter and a 1:1 in International Business Languages from Edinburgh Napier University.

My lessons are tailor made to suit the individual student to build in success and progress in language learning. I use all my own adapted resources from Google slides, creating my own unique classroom on Google's dashboard so that the student may easily gain access to past and present content. There are graded exercises to challenge and motivate the student at every turn as well as engaging content that covers all four skills of language learning. Be it studying for an exam such as National 5 speaking or Higher listening, beginner confidence or honing proficiency, I have content that covers every aspect and level.

My teaching style is very relaxed and easy going, with no pressure on making mistakes or trying something out. If the student is unsure then I will make a personal action plan for them and set weekly, manageable goals to accomplish.

What's more, I have combined the approaches I have tried and tested in the classroom and use the optimum methodology to encourage and improve each student's ability.
