Hi everyone! My name is John.

The format of my lessons is largely determined by what you personally would like to learn, and what your end goal is. If you would like to study Italian seriously we can start from scratch with basic conversation and grammar before moving on to more complex areas of the language. If you would rather learn enough Italian to get by on holiday, I will give you the skills that you need to confidently communicate with locals in Italy. I am happy to facilitate your exploration into my favourite language in any way I can, at whatever depth you would like! I am also available to tutor school pupils from BGE to National Five, Higher or Advanced Higher, particularly concerning exam technique and speaking exam skills.

Having received an A at all three levels in my Italian exams and with ample experience teaching both children and adults I am very well-equipped to tutor you or your child in a way which fulfils your wishes and suits everyone involved.

Italian is one of the most popular romance languages, and I love having the opportunity to share my passion for, and knowledge of, the Italian language with others.
