I adopt the blended style in which I strives to strike a balance between teacher- and student-centered approaches.

Most of the time I follow the blending style bring to bring my own knowledge and expertise into the class. I still have a structure for every lecture but I'm able to adjust my flow and come up with the right activities to keep the students engaged.
Blending approach tends to be quite effective.
