I like to use the communicative approach in my lessons as well as the 80/20 rule where I allow my learners to take charge of their learning experience while I serve as a facilitator.
Eliciting response is something I do to help bring out the best in my learners as I am of the school of thought that no learner is empty.
My lessons are dynamic because I do not bore my learners with too many information. Instead, I give out information in chunks and I appreciate learners who use little information to create big things.
