My lesson plan includes instructural material, instructions, lesson contents, evaluation, questions and a conclusion. The content includes what is to be learnt, the subject to be delivered and the achievement of the students. The dynamics is to stimulate the students' self- efficiency, to apply their knowledge in real life. My experience is engaging with under- privileged learners, and understanding their needs and requirements to excell in life.
