My main duties and responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons whilst making sure that individual learning needs are considered and met. In addition, ensuring that learners' working/learning environment enables them to perform to their maximum potentials as well as promoting Safeguarding/Equality and Diversity at all times is also part of my duties and responsibilities as a teacher. Considering that learners in the classroom have different abilities, differentiation is used when teaching as it helps in many ways such as stretching the strong and the less able learners. Knowing my learners individually as well as building a relationship with each of them is always beneficial as it helps myself to know what the learner requires more focus on and what support they need to achieve their full potential.
