During my 2 years as a private tutor, I have had the opportunity to work with students of varying ages and academic levels. I have successfully assisted students in Maths and Physics, ensuring they not only grasp the fundamental concepts but also develop effective study strategies and problem-solving techniques. By employing a personalised approach to tutoring, I have been able to adapt my teaching style to suit the unique needs and learning styles of each student.

In terms of lesson structure, I employ mainly an exam question approach, whereby the student can hone their exam technique very early on in our sessions, and therefore have proficiency in answering questions under pressure in the real exams. I usually design my own relevant practice materials and I try to deliver engaging and interactive sessions that promote active learning. By utilising a combination of visual aids, real-world examples, and hands-on activities, I strive to make complex concepts more accessible and relatable to students. Additionally, I am skilled in identifying areas of improvement and implementing targeted strategies to address knowledge gaps, ensuring students build a strong foundation for future success.
